Heavy-Duty Flagpole Hinged Base Plate – Bottom Section

A flagpole hinged base plate lets you lower and raise the pole safely from ground level – no cherry pickers, no ladders. This bottom section is the foundation of a modern hinged installation: it’s set into concrete and provides the pivot point for the top hinge plate that attaches to the pole.
