Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how payments work when you place an order with Union Flag Company (a trading name of Dynamic Pace Ltd).
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Available payment options can vary depending on your device, browser, and checkout settings.
Currency
All payments are processed in GBP (£).
When you are charged
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not dispatch goods until payment has been successfully authorised and received.
In some cases (depending on your bank or payment method) you may see a pending transaction or authorisation before it is fully processed.
Payment security
All card payments are processed securely via our checkout and payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
For some transactions, your bank may require additional verification (for example, 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication) before a payment can be completed.
Order verification and fraud prevention
To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may carry out automated or manual checks. We reserve the right to:
- request additional information to verify a payment or order, or
- cancel and refund an order where we suspect unauthorised, fraudulent, or suspicious activity.
Failed or declined payments
If your payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please try again using an alternative payment method or contact your bank or card provider for further information.
Cancellations before dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@unionflagcompany.com or on 0800 5930415, quoting your order number. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.
Refunds
Where a refund is due (for example, an approved return or a cancelled order), refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund timing can vary by payment provider, but once processed by us, it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to apply the refund.
