Options & specs

• Lengths: 140 mm, 190 mm
• Fixing: 2 x countersunk holes. Use stainless screws/bolts sized to your pole wall.
• Typical halyard: 5–6 mm diameter.

Choosing the right size

• Up to 6 m poles – 150 mm or 200 mm cleat.
• 8 m+ poles – 200 mm or 250 mm cleat for extra turns of rope.
  Mount the cleat around 1.2–1.5 m above ground so it’s comfortable to tie off.

Installation

1. Mark and drill the pole at the pre-drilled hole centres.
2. Fix with stainless screws or bolts and a dab of anti-seize.
3. Tie off the halyard with a figure-of-eight and a final hitch to stop creep.

5.5 mm halyard rope, Inglefield clips or snap hooks, anti-furling swivel, and a base-plate cover for a clean finish.
