This base is suitable for small, medium and large flags up to 4.10m and is rated for use in winds around 13-18 mph (Beaufort Scale 4), depending on exposure and flag size. It’s compatible with feather flags, teardrop flags and banner flags (with the correct pole/mount), giving you a stable foundation without the need to fill with water.
